The Pakistan Army has opened recruitment for the positions of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) – Naib Khateeb and Soldier, inviting eligible candidates from across Pakistan, including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, to apply.
Interested applicants can register online or visit their nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre within the announced registration period.

- Registration at Army Selection & Recruitment Centres: Up to November 23, 2026
JCO (Naib Khateeb) Position
The Pakistan Army is seeking suitable candidates for the post of Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb).
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Pakistani citizens, including residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Candidates should be unmarried.
- Applicants must fulfill the educational requirements specified for the Naib Khateeb position.
- Individuals holding the required Madrassa qualification or certificate with the prescribed grade are eligible to apply.
Soldier Recruitment
Applications are also being accepted for various Soldier positions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with the following educational backgrounds may apply:
- Matric qualification holders.
- FA qualification holders.
- Candidates possessing relevant computer diplomas, where applicable.
For Soldier Technical positions, preference will be given to applicants who have studied science subjects.
Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of several stages to assess candidates' suitability for service in the Pakistan Army:
