Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a round-the-clock shift schedule.
- Keep a close watch on live video feeds to identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety concerns, or operational issues.
- Report incidents and escalate matters according to company procedures and established SOPs.
- Coordinate with security teams and relevant departments to ensure timely action when incidents occur.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, alarms, incidents, and actions taken during each shift.
- Retrieve and review CCTV footage when required for investigations, audits, or management purposes.
- Ensure surveillance equipment, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and monitors, is functioning properly.
- Report technical faults or equipment issues to the concerned department without delay.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- At least two years of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance operations, control room management, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong observation and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to respond quickly to unusual or suspicious activities.
- Good understanding of CCTV systems and surveillance technologies.
- Familiarity with standard control room procedures.
